The plasmid was transformed into
BL21(DE3)
and induced with IPTG. SDS-PAGE analysis confirmed successful expression of the target protein in three clones at the correct molecular weight.

, select the ideal host strain and vector, and refine cultivation and induction conditions to maximize protein expression. A faint band transformed into a strong, distinct one, achieving a final concentration of
4.5 mg/mL
